My perfect credit offered a credit report for a 1$ charge on debit card, auth $1 charge, never recieved credit report or any info from my perfect credit, until i recieved a 30 $ charge on my debit card. contacted my perfect credit sent in cancellation info, was told 30$ would be credited and it never was.This was in march of this year. 3 days ago i recieve a call from a collection agency saying that i owed my perfect credit 165.00 or they were going to put the fees on my credit report. asked the person calling from 1st credit of america out of chicago ill why i was being charged cause i cancelled service. they said it was for work my perfect credit had done and they did nothing, but charge me. I still even have the confirmation letter from them confirming the cancellation.On monday i recieved a email from myperfect credit that stated the following

Dear Otis,

Unfortunately, there was a problem with your credit/debit card and we were not able to complete your billing.

Your membership has been TEMPORAILY SUSPENDED.

We will automatically resubmit your card information in 12 days and if successful your account will be reactivated. If your account continues to be suspended for 30 days, we may close your account.

To IMMEDIATELY REACTIVATE your account, please log on to your account at myperfectcredit.com/login.jsp Click on Billing & Account and then Update Payment information. Here you can easily and quickly update or enter a new payment method.

We appreciate your membership.

Since the call the other day i have attempted to contact them 5 times, Asking them to explain to me what they are attempting to charge me for. The return i get from them directs me back to the collection agency. I have filled a complaint with the BBB.

Where do I go from here?
