My perfect resume.com Complete ripoff with deceptive billing and poor customer service. Internet
Worst resume business” - DO NOT USE MYPERFECTRESUME! I used their site and happily paid the $3 to do so, only to have them charge me $35.80, which incurred overdraft fees. I called and got a refund on the $35.80. When I asked for a refund on the overdraft, they were rude and extremely unhelpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They put me on hold, then hung up on me. I could hear background noise directly before being hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor.
They told me my account had already been cancelled and that there was no reason to speak with a manager. After about five minutes of arguing, they put me on hold. Then the representative picked back up, said he was sorry for the wait, that the supervisor was with another customer and would be with me shortly. After another couple of minutes on hold, they hung up on me again. So, I called back. Again, more arguing about the need for a supervisor and another hang up. This company does but care about you and their customer service is more ineffective and useless than Comcast.
