My points.com My Points Internet

 I have been using My Points since 2010. When I first used them, it was nice. I would earn a few points and then redeem that. Over the past few years I just automatically clink on their offers to get points and completely forgot about redeeming my points. A few weeks ago I remembered and was excited to discovered I had earned close to 6000 points. However, when I chose what I wanted and clicked the confirm button nothing happened. After trying several times, I contacted the company. I got an automated email telling me to empty my cache, use a different browser, etc., etc. I had already done of of these things and clearly explained that to them when I wrote, so obviously they didn't even read my message. I have tried to reconstruct them several times now, but now the button for me to submit a problem no longer works. When I wrote to them at the return address from the email I received, I get a message that just says, "Your response has been updated. They've literally blocked me off! This really makes me mad because I know they are making money from the people whose ads they supply. It's like not paying your affiliates who do all the work for them. I'm writing this to warn others not to waste your time with My Points. I hope they go out of business.
