I got a simple 350.00 dollar pay day loan in Auguest 2018 I tried to pay off my 350 Dollar Loan with another card instead of my bank account, My quick wallet refused to take the payment said it had to be through my bank account. I've been making payments in the amount of 105-120 every two weeks from Aug 2018 till Nov 2018.
My quick wallet minus my bank account 176.00 dollars after talking to the bank I had to pay the bank 66.00 dollars and The bank closed my account. My quick wallet calls me several times a week at work threaten to talk to my employer and employees they also now want the 350 dollars plus 120 dollars per late since Nov.2018 every two weeks.
I have already paid them over 700 dollars. Now they are saying that the money I was paying never went to the principle balance. This company scams hard working people. It's a scam do not fall for it. My Quick wallet will tell you that they can help you boost your credit report and all the money you pay will go into an account so you can get a larger loan to help your credit but it's not true they steel your money!

OMG, don't ever, ever, ever take another payday loan! Better that you eat out of dumpsters than resort to them. They are legalized loan sharks. Sorry for your situation. Hope you can finally pay them off and learn not to repeat this mistake.
See if you can get a free consult with an attorney, or appointment to talk with the Cabarrus County DA office. It's possible you're even entitled to get money back from these animals, let alone continue to owe them anything.
So far as I know Payday loans are illegal in North Carolina.
