On January 8th, 2015, I responded to a pop-up ad for a free trial of eye and skin cream. I did not see any warning that I would continually be sent product and charged an outrageous amount for it. I authorized a one time shipping fee of $4.95 for each product. I thought further information would arrive in the box with the product. There was nothing but a packing receipt. On January 22nd and 23rd, I was charged nearly $200 for these samples. When I discovered this, I called the number on my bank statement and cancelled everything. I spoke with a man with a thick foreign accent and he informed me that I was too late to cancel and I would be charged for any product that had been sent to me.

I asked to speak to his manager, but he said they were too busy. I was upset, so he said he would give me 45% of my money back. I tried to call him back to say that was not acceptable because I wasn't keeping any of the product, but my number was blocked. I had just opened the box and tried the product one time, so I boxed it up and sent it back. In spite of cancelling, I received 2 more boxes that I refused and sent back. I called and cancelled again, but I was charged another $100 and also $45 more instead of getting a refund. I finally cancelled my card and sent the last box back certified mail, costing me an extra $6.52.

I called the company again and they refused to reimburse me for anything because I had sent it to the wrong address. How can this company get away with this? MYSKINREJUVENATED is a rip-off company that has no concern for their customers. This has got to be illegal. With their lawyers help, they are taking advantage of our trust by having hidden rules / agenda, so that they can take our money and we get nothing in return. A legitimate business would not make it nearly impossible to know and follow their stipulations. This is an unethical violation of my rights. What they are doing is deceptive and is a false advertising scam. Someone should prosecute them. This is not right. Please help me get my money back.
