My Snoring Solutions.com Duped!!!! Lillian Alabama

I found out about this product online and read some great reviews and with their 90 day money back guarantee I couldn't lose so you think?  

First off my  fiance still snored, found it very uncomfortable. I don't snore and while I had it on for leg cramps, restless leg syndrome and insomnia which they claimed it helped I snored.  My fiance no longer wanted to use it so I emailed them as to how I return it for my refund and they told me to go to their webpage down to the bottom and click on return policy.  I was totally surprised to find out they have a 25% restocking fee on an item that clearly can't be restocked. Also I had to ship it the most expensive way as they need a tracking number as your confirmation. That cost over 16 bucks from Canada. Then I was told to go to a certain website to give them my confirmation number and that brought me to a dead end other then a lot of bad reviews.                                              

Now I'm going to have to find a phone number for them to give them my confirmation number but all in all the moral is I paid 2 shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, roughly 60 bucks and nothing to show for it.  Not happy at all and feel mislead once again by false advertising.  Buyer Beware is sooooooooooo True....    Btw. I don't live in Alabama. I'm in Canada but they didn't have any provinces.
