My TechGurus.Inc Was giving this company through Dell as an authroized dealer. Did not repair my computer as promised. I paid for a service that only lasted one day then the problem returned. Internet

I was having trouble with my internet explorer. I contacted Dell through the internet support on my computer. The My Tech Gurus came up and I was told that they were an authroized repair dealer for Dell and was shown such on the computer screen. After paying $149.99 for a one time fix and an additional $40.00 for the one year warranty, my computer was repaired. The next day (Sunday Nov 4) the problem reoccured and I could not reach My tech Gurus. 

I called Dell and was told that MyTechGurus was not an authroized dealer and I had to pay again to have my computer repaired.

 This company called fankstechnologies repaired the computer for $129.00. Just as they were finished I got a message to accept going on to my computer for additional repairs, I thought it was frnktechnologies but it was mytechgurus and they wanted me to fill out a form which I sterted to do untill I noticed it was a wire transfer form for Western Union.

That is when I relized that it wasent the repair people from fank.

My Tech Guru wanted my credit card number and would not relise controll of my computer. I called fank and told them what was going on and they took controll and fixed the damage that My Tech Gurus did.

I am trying to get a refund from My Tech Guru. I used my Debit card as I cannot stop payment.
