Thanks for the info. I think anyone who has been scammed by My Web Wholesaler knows all about that, but the fact is that most of us had NOTHING to do with the electronics issue. If you didn't order electronics and ordered, for example, "authentic" (fake) jeans, were charged for the jeans when they knew they did not have them, wired money to them for products that they didn't have, and then they misappropriated that money, they are at fault. If you did not order electronics, they are completely liable for any monies paid to them that they can not account for. They stole our money, period.

Mixitforme is a company located in RI, and was just shut down by the FBI for a fraud investigation. They were raided because of hundreds of other complaints just like yours. So, the blame lies directly with mixitforme, because they indeed charged My Web Wholesaler for the merchandise and never shipped it to them. They have also filed bankruptcy. I'm not really sure who you would contact for a lawsuit, maybe someone else could help with that?

Hello everyone contact sgt. York at somerset county sheriff's office in ME he is handling the case for myself and several others it is good to get local police as well as FBI involved this way something will have to be done. My money was sent to MWW not mixitforme my web is liable for money sent them regardless of there claims against other company. Sgt. York 207-474-9591. Lisa has been investigated for scamming before this isn't the first time. They are liers and need to be prosecuted.

I believe I have found My Web Wholesaler operating under a new name , I am so sure it is them.

They Incorporated in Delaware and are using a on line company to hide there info.

I also lost $7650 to My Web Wholesaler. There is nothing at this time anyone can do until the investigation on this other company is over. But I strongly suggest that everyone continue to file with the attorney generals office of MAINE...NOT NEVADA. This companies physical address is in Maine.

Also, i contacted several times the FBI agent handling the investigation on the company that took the funds from My web wholesaler and never produced the product. When i explained to her what had happened to me, regarding the constant lies and stories that my web wholesaler gave in order to keep the money and not offer a return...she was floored!

She is urging anyone who was clearly mislead by My Web Wholesaler to contact her. She is compiling a list of everyone that was ripped off and when this does go to court or when the assets from this other company (which are frozen right now)are released...she wants to make sure that no one from My Web Wholesaler get a penny of it. She said she wants to make sure she gets her word out that the individuals victomized are compinsated.

Please contact her at FBI Rhode Island. Her name is Beverly Bartzer ... please do this. She is compiling a list of individuals who were mislead into thinking these items were in stock or were mislead by hearing the same story... "the warehouse is behind and your shipment will go out any day now"

Also, she advised for everyone to do an online report at www.ic3.gov. This site is for the "white collar crime" and will be followed by an investigation.

I personally have filed online with everywhere i possible can....you need to do this to.

The same thing happened to me on March 28th to the tune of $2654. They insisted I wire the funds because it was my first purchase, and then a week later I was told they don't have the goods or any money to refund my money back to me....Please contact me.

I am interested in any information you have. I really do not know how to go about getting our money back and need all the help I can get.
