First off if you call and ask for a wig instock they never have it. They say well we have this in stock on the site.But when you call them they don't have it .  And they will try and sell you what you don't want. Before I started buying the wigs I asked can I have them repaired they said "yes". I was buying tons of wigs because I wasn't educated on wigs I was new. The wig would be 1000 a piece for a good wig you can get for 300 some where else.  The hair would fall out fast!! Since they told me I can get it repaired I would keep buying them. Then I ened up with a big pile of wigs 20,000 worth. I told them that I wanted them all repaired. They told me no because it was cheaper to repair. They wanted me to keep buying the wigs for 1000 a piece and not pay 200 a piece for repair. Which is rediculous. The person name is Ann she will totally rip you off.

I was dumb for keep buying these wigs. I mean I paid 1000 for a wig and could not wear it for more than a week.

There was this other time I called she didnt have my size. She said buy this full silk top wig for 1500 it's not your size but if yu get it and don't like the size send it back and we will repair it and make it bigger so it will fit. I ordered the wig, when I got it I could not fit it. I told her about it and she denied to repair it . I never wore the wig it is still brand new. I am trying to sue this company but I cannot move forward because they do not provide the address on there website. I wanted to sue her for the 20,000 I've spent in wigs and I can't do it and I'm sooooooo fustrated. There are two other wigs I bought she said it was virgin. WHen I dyed the hair it turned white meaning it wasnt virgin. The wig was totally distroyed she denied to send me another I paid 700 a piece for these wigs.

Please beware of this company and save your money go else where they will rip you off. Plus she never sent reciepts for purchase in my delivery. Their credit form would never work she would direct me to pay western union and she never gave me reciepts.
