I ordered an unlocked cell phone from MyWorldPhone.  Before I ordered, I asked them, via online chat, if the phone had Arabic on the key pad.  They assured me the phone only had English on the keypad.

When I received the phone, I discovered it had Arabic on the keypad.

I sent the phone back to MyWorldPhone.com immediately. Now, they will not refund the $54.18, which I paid for shipping. 

I have called several times and they keep hanging up on me. My emails have been ignored.  I had to call my credit card to get the charges reversed.
