The company forgets to mention that their much-touted "free trial" does NOT refer to their diet-pill product (as english-speaking persons would assume}, but rather to a time-period of 16 days-- starting with the date of the order--during which time the order may be canceled via phone..

Since the shipment of the product is routinely delayed 16 days (I found out by researching CELLEAN), there is no "free trial" of the product as the time period for a free product trial had elapsed when the pills arrived in my mailbox after the 16 days are over. It is small consolation to be advised in their rebuttal that I could have asked for an extension. I tried to phone their number several times, but only got a recorded message promising to call back later. After two months, nobody has called yet. So, the excuse that I could have or should have etc.etc. is a blatant lie. No person answers their phone or calls back.

You may have noticed for yourself that the company made absolutely NO attempt in their rebuttal to gain a satisfied customer, or to compensate for an ineffective batch of the product. The latter is always possible when a faulty batch is accidentally mixed and shipped from their plant. However, I am sure that they have no intention of giving back any of my money--which they obtained under false pretenses by bailing out an ineffective batch of their product. Perhaps I should consider myself lucky--I did not get sick from their diet-pills!   Signed: OPA
