MYCREDITHEALTH.COM, A Product Of One Technologies, LP Credit Protection Co. charged my VISA with no permission out of the blue! Never even heard of them till now! Pocatello, Idaho

I found a suspicious charge for $29.95 on my VISA.  Bank statement showed MyCreditHealth.com at 800-266-8173 TX.  We called the phone number.  Sounded legit. She asked for some info and she said yes you signed up for our service (Identity theft protection and credit report service of some kind) and so we charged you.  I told them I never heard of them, I never signed up for any such thing, how did you get my Credit Card #?, and I want my money back.  She asked if we had ordered a credit report on line from them.  I told her no.   She gave me a number for a place to report fraud and file a report.  She said we had to do this first.  I did this.  I called them back filed a dispute with them, she said ok we'll get back to you.

A few days later we received an email back from MyCreditHealth telling us our dispute had been denied and we will not get our money back.  We got on Rippoff.com and saw similiar complaints. 

One suspicious red flag came to mind.  We have a service with Experian we have had for several years.  It is due to expire in a few weeks.  Now, out of the blue a similar company zings us for a supposed membership to their service.  Suspicious!

We are left with many questions and it's left us upset and very paranoid.
