I placed an order with them on June 1, 2015, and today is January 5, 2016. I have still not received my order!
Occasionally I receive an email "updating" me -- items held up in German mail strike, items released from German mail, items on boat, items coming soon, etc.
They do not answer the phone. If you write an email to their customer service, they open a "ticket," then send you an email saying it is "medium" priority and they will look into it. End of story. You never hear back until you write them again, and you get the same phony email.
To add insult to injury, they charged me in US dollars but took the amount from my credit card in Euro, costing me even more for nothing! It has been over 9 months, and they still have my money and my merchandise -- I have nothing.
