I tried to use their DVD and it went bad in my computer. When I came across your site started to get nervous about this company. I called them up to cancel my account with them and was told that I had been cancelled back in 2007. I told them that money had been taken out of my account by them last month and they told me to send them a fax of my statement showing such and they gave me a fax number to use.
