Mydollarshop.com scam Henderson Nevada

As i have noticed many others have also fallen for this scam i paid $2.95 for a free trial that mentioned nothing about a monthly fee. after recieving my user login information i logged in to check out my site at this time i noticed that to edit the site i had to agree to the terms of aggrement so i read them and noticed, that it mentioned a $29.99 monthly fee so i did not click the agree button and started trying to contact the company by phone and email. As with any other scam i never could get in touch with anyone.

I thought since i had not clicked to agree with the terms of agreement that i was safe from the fees so i gave up trying to contact them. 2 wks after i signed up and decided it was a scam i went to cash my paycheck at my bank and was told that my account was overdrawn by $67.00.

This is my account i keep my money in for christmas shopping so i had wiped it out the week before while shopping and only left about $3.00 in it. The first thing i thought was that i had messed up on my calculations on the account so i decided to get a print out of my charges and noticed that i had just had a charge 2 days before for $39.99 for mydollarshop.com.

Ok this is bad in more than one way.

1st I never accepted the toa so i never authorised the payment.

2nd the toa said 29.99 not 39.99 so that just seems like theft to me.

After seeing this i went in and cancelled my debit card and have since been waiting to hear from the visa checkcard division of my bank to find out if they are going to reimberse me for the amount so that it will put my account back in order..

If i have learned one thing it is not to trust anyone that is saying they have an easy way to make a little extra cash ... if anyone finds a way to get back at this company please let me know i am currently trying to let anyone advertising sites know that it is a scam, for now that is all i know to do.
