I received a call from Myers, Morgan and Associates from 516-853-7433 at 9:14 AM asking me if I would be home between 3 PM - 4 P to receive a summons. When I asked the young lady what the issue is and she indcated that she does not know but I could call 888-269-9930, and give them my case number. This company has many numbers; 239-362-9861; 855-787-5731-832-645-4516; 863-680-1411.
When I called the 888-269-9930 number to my surprise it was the same company that back in 2013 caled my job insisting that they garnishee my check for $800.00 but they refused to send thee paperwork to my job. Thay called for a period of 2 months until I was let go from the company back in November 2013. I gave all the informtion to my lawyer who contacted them and again surprise, the refuse to send my lawyer the paperork in question. Seriously???? The fact that REFUSED to comply to a request from a lawyer is really bold of them.
If anyone is interested, contact the BBB in Ft. Mters, FL and file a complaint.
