I was a client for 3 years  perfect  imited user and payer. I get a email 8/7/2012 telling me that the yearly renewel of $66.00  is due.  I responded telling them that I will pay the amount due by a new credit card.  Instead they put the charge through the old credit card on file that has an expired expiration date by 6 months or more.  The card should not have worked.  When I discovered this when my statement came out 30 days later I called them.  They told me sorry , TOO LATE AS THEY CHUCKLED .  I told them I cant have the charge put on that card and that it needs to be reversed and put on a different card that I receive reimbursement back from my company.  They refused TO CORRECT, WHY??  READ MORE  .  They provided  no solution whatsoever to the issue.  I told them that they had no right or authorization to put a charge through on a expired credit card.  They claim it was ok with Amex .   American Express said it is NOT ok, except only when Im paying monthly NOT  yearly...  I called American Express to help resolve and they placed an inquiry on this matter for resolution  and then I was going to pay on new card.  

This is when MY FAX J2GLOBAL  takes a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and turns IT into a OPPORTUNISTIC CIVIL EXtORTION .  They say we will give you back MY FAX NUMBER number if  I AGREE  to a more COSTLY  plan than what I had.....REMEMBER I WAS A PFAX CUSTOMER WITH UNLIMITED FAXES,,,  NOW THIS CREDIT CARD MOVE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONVERT ME TO A HIGH COST PLAN, ALL CREATED BY THERE PUTTING A CHARGE THROUGH AN EXPIRED CREDIT CARD  .The new proposed plan will limit my faxes, charge me more. SCHEME ALERT SCHEME ALERT SCHEME ALERT  .   These people are petty per page fax theives  with no regard  or common respect for a customer who uses there services.     Do they spam  people to rack up fax page charges ?   Do they review sensitive information on faxes  SCUM SCUM SCUM..   Canadian COMPANY  that OUTSOURCES  INDIA CALL CENTERS, at a $1.00 a DAY...   WHAT DIRT BAGS....
