I was searching for a reputable/reliable efax service for my business. Efax.com provided a free trial as long as you entered your credit card--BIG MISTAKE DON'T EVER DO THIS. I still after weeks and weeks cannot get them to remove my credit card information and they keep billing my card even though I Have never once uswe their sevice as IT DOESNT WORK.
I HAVE contacted them over and over again to stop charging my card and I get nothing but a week later from a represetive
FAKRUZ ZAMAN with this short email: You signed up fror free trial now we charge your card $10.00.
No matter how many times I contact them to stop charging my card, I don't want there service that doesnt work I get ignored. I Am now contacting my bank to place a fraud charge and renew new cards-what a hassle.
