This myflexjob.com or flexjob.com company seems very legitimate at first glance and promises a work at home opportunity doing data entry for Fortune 500 companies. They have believable videos that walk you through a series of steps that is comensurate with legitimate work from home companies - they promise you won't have to pay anything up front, they cover all the costs, etc.
First, they require that to get "certified" you have to get PC Backup installed on your computer to make sure you can backup their very important working files. Since PC Backup is actually a legitimate company this seems okay. They even promise to reimburse you immediately for the cost of the PC Backup service by crediting your account for the cost through "2500 points".
And they DO give you the points, leading you down the path even further.
Then, in order to get reimbursed for the PC Backup, you have to earn another 2500 points because they have a minimum of 5000 points (or $50) in order to cut a check.
Then comes the "Assignments" page. All of the assignments require that you subscribe to internet trial offers from the Fortune 500 companies using your own email address and credit card information.
Bottom line, you have to actually subscribe to, and pay for, the trial offers in order to earn points and get reimbursed.
Then, when you try to contact the company for support, you realize all of the links are fake. You can't actually call them or even submit a ticket.
One more thing: They tell you that they won't accept Paypal because Paypal can't verify that you are at least 18 years of age. Bologna! They can't use PayPal because PayPal has shut them down for fraud.
This is a total SCAM and I hope this report can save someone from losing valuable time and money. I wish I hadn't fallen for it. I have requested a refund from PC Backup but haven't heard back yet.
