MyFreeCams MFC, activsoft, cybertania, MFCXY, Leonid Radvinsky MyFreeCams lies on it's Model Agreement and fails to protect their online models. Owner is a fraud. Glenview Illinois

MyFreeCams.com, now known to be "MFC", (MFCXY Inc., an Illinois Corporation by the company name Cybertania), faults on it's Model Agreement and fails to protect their camwhores by refusing to have offending websites remove video content that have been recorded from the aforementioned website. Instead, owner of MyFreeCams.com, Leonid Radvinsky, submits a DMCA to Google - Yes, Google, not the offending website), to remove searches of the videos. The videos remain on the offending website, just disabled from Google's search engine. This means MyFreeCams does not care that the videos are posted on various websites, just does not want the videos searchable. We sent MFC Support an email alerting them about two websites harboring thousands of MFC model's videos. Their reply was asking them to send them a link. A link they could then send to Google to remove from search engine, not to delete. See photo from ChillingEffects.org and a copy of our email to MFC Support.

We researched and found that Leonid Radvinsky use to sue, in courts, a bunch of websites over the years to take over, and possess, domain names of websites that were 'misleading' or 'confusing' to the web consumer. In other words, if a domain name sounded similar to MyFreeCams.com (ex. MyFreePayCams), Leonid Radvinsky would sue to obtain that domain. Perfectly legal and in his right. However, why does MFC not sue websites that violate copyright laws? Well, because, while he owns the copyright of his website, including, but not limited to the graphics, design, layout, infrastructure, technology used on the website, he does not own the copyright to the streaming transmissions of videos (or model's streaming videos).

Essentially, like Skype does not own copyright to video transmitted through their services, but own the Skype design, logo, Skype graphics, etc. This has confused a lot of people and been debated for a couple of years now. We spoke to two top intellectual property attorneys to finally end this debate. We were correct. Leonid Radvinsky does not own the copyright to the videos, which is why he dropped MFCTV and he has Google remove the videos from search engine, yet the video stays on the website. Who owns the copyright, if there is one? We found online that a couple of years ago, Leonid Radvinsky sued a website owner for copyright infringement, but dropped the case due to reasonable doubt.

When we contacted the court for documents, we found that the lawsuit was dropped after it was agreed that a model's personal home video, that was legally copyrighted with the United States government office, would be deleted. It was and the lawsuit was dropped. We got tired of the debate and wanted to know for sure, once and for all, what is protected and what is not. I know some of you will still believe what you want, but the law is not up for interpretation. It is in black and white and upheld by any court. So, what can models do to stop their videos from appearing on malicious websites? They can't go to MyFreeCams or Leonid Radvinsky. He will do nothing and some models will tell you they tried unsuccessfully.

So, again, the question is asked, what can a model do? She can submit a legal document to the offending website known as a DMCA Notice (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Like the Agreeement you signed with MFC, the DMCA is also a legal binding contract and a United States law. So, if you falsify the notice, you are essentially lying on a Federal document and the offending website can take you to court. It is best to have someone file on the model's behalf that is not concerned with providing true information. Again, read the document that states "You agree that all information on the claim is true and accurate, under penalty of perjury". Know what perjury means? The courts do and frown on it if you are taken to court for lying on a legal document.

One of the attorneys we spoke to about the debate of webcam transmissions protected by copyright or not, sent us this. See photo and read Section 5! There is no legal claim to model's videos being copyrighted. The best thing to do is file a DMCA and if the website fails to comply, then you can try to take them to court, but be prepared for the news that you do not want to hear. This ends the debate and you so-called protectors of models can argue until blue in the face, but the law is clear on this and we posed the question. Leonid Radvinsky found out when he tried to sue a website. Streaming videos are not protected under copyright laws and won't uphold in a court.

In our investigative report, we obtained a copy of the MyFreeCams.com Model Agreement, which is publicly found on the internet anyways. This Model Agreement is a legal document between MyFreeCams.com (MFCXY, Inc.) and the model registering to broadcast on the porn chat website. Let me remind you, this is a legal document that can be upheld in a court of law, by MFC or the model. Girls, average age of 18-24, are signing legal contracts for the sole basis to get money, but many are not aware of the legality, nor the terminology, of the document. Most documents like this in the business World are read and interpreted by degreed lawyers and explained to clients. Yet, Leonid Radvinsky takes advantage of the situation and the girl, "of sound mind and body", signs the contract. Bad idea.

We are not saying that the girls do not understand, nor are stupid, to the agreement, but we are saying not many have read it before signing. Does anyone read website's Terms Of Service before loading a website? I think not. In our investigation, we read in the agreement that "I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol" and "I warrant that I have never been convicted of a felony". We talked to three current MFC models (sources will not be named for obvious reasons) that told us they constantly use illegal drugs, sometimes even while on webcam. One model stated, "Just watch many of the rooms and you'll see drug use. Some girls even have nicknames with 420".

MyFreeCams condones drug use and fails to terminate models, even though it is evident. Back a few months ago, Leonid Radvinsky did ban MilaMilanxxx after police raided her home in Thailand, but he accepted her back online. This violates his own Agreement. No felonies allowed? We know of one model who has a serious felony that is well documented, but MFC keeps her online. A few years ago, Megan Martinez, known on MFC as NikiSkyler, was arrested for a crime of theft. It was a midemeanor at the time, but Megan fled the law, not once, but twice and became a fugitive, of which she was later arrested and the charge became a felony. Leonid Radvinsky does not care about the public, only the money he gets. He violates his own Agreement.

In fact, we found that Leonid Radvinsky was sued by Microsoft and Amazon, two powerhouses in the computer and online industry, in 2004 for phishing schemes. Microsoft said it filed against Leonid Radvinsky and his Chicago-based Activsoft, Inc., and Cybertania, Inc., claiming Radvinsky sent millions of deceptive emails to Hotmail customers, spoofing Amazon.com's email address. So, let's clarify this. The owner of MyFreeCams.com spoofed and phished millions of people in a scam to obtain personal information, according to the Washington Post Technology news report and other reports by news agencies. In MyFreeCams.com Wiki, MFC states they do not have access to your credit card transaction. This is a blatant lie.

If you've been banned, after making purchases in past, and try to make a new purchase using a proxy and a new account, your account will be approved and your new credit card purchase will go through. However, wait a few minutes and your credit card purchase will be kept by MFC and your account closed. We also contacted two of the credit card gateways that MFC uses to process payments and both of them had told us that "clients [sic] have access to credit card information and statements for record keeping and any legal concerns that may arise to submit." We were informed, by the credit card processing companies, that similar to a restaraunt having your credit card number for record keeping, so does MyFreeCams.com and other clients.

As a test for ourselves, we signed up with one of the gateways that MFC uses and made a test purchase to see what information we had access to. You'd be surprised to know that the credit number, expiration and name was available to us. MyFreeCams.com lied in their Wiki about your information. Remember, this is the company that phished for information from millions of unsuspecting victims and was sued by Microsoft and Amazon for it. Seems Leonid Radvinsky found a legal way to phish and gather information byway of his porn website. Everytime you use your credit card on MyFreeCams.com, Leonid Radvinsky now has your personal information. Especially scary for models that have to send a copy of their photo ID to register.

Activsoft, the other company owned by Leonid Radvinsky, also owns a website called UltraPasswords.com, which tagline states "WE HAVE THE LARGEST NUMBER OF HACKED XXX PASSWORDS! WE'VE GOT MORE QUALITY XXX CONTENT THAN A TOP PAY-SITE!" Really?!? So the owner has a scam website which claims to have hacked passwords, was sued by Microsoft and Amazon for phishing and gathering personal information and lied about credit card access, and you want to be a model or customer on his porn cam website? Nice.

MyFreeCams is a scam and should be investigated by Federal agenices for abusive practices. Leonid Radvinsky is a scam artist and lies to you, the public. He does not protect his models and in fact, disguises his methods and lies to the models about their videos on other websites. He can not and will not remove the videos, only 'brush them under the carpet' by asking Google not to include them in search engine. Fraud Fraud Fraud and you all trust him and his companies. In our investigation, we saw models verbally attack people for websites with videos or illegal activity, even attack each other. But we proved here that streaming videos are not protected by copyright laws and that the biggest fraud guy is Leonid Radvinsky. But keep logging in and praising the biggest liar! And guys, keep giving this guy your credit card info.
