Bought the Mastercard/Visa Card @ local retailer on 05/1/14 FOR Mother's Day gift, the card didn't work

Called 866-952-5653 was told the card would be activated within 24hours, even though the card says it can be used immediately. Next day, Monday came & I called & was told to fax in a copy of front & back of card & retailer's receipt, & this would speed up the activiation process, called Tuesday & was told it would take 7-10 working days, before card could be activated.

DO NOT BUT THESE GIFTCARDS, THEY'RE NOT RELIABLE, EVEN THOUGH THERE HIGHER BUY AMERICAN EXPRESS GIFT CARDS!!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME FRUSTRATION!!!!
