in october 2008 I ordered a book on line from myhelphub.com. the cost was 32.34 sterling. I paid using my visa debit card through paypal. A month or so later I still had not received the goods. i tried contacting myhelphub.com but to no avail. I then lodged a dispute, then a claim with paypal.
After several weeks of investigating paypal e.mailed me stating that no action would be taken against this seller (myhelphub.com) and my money was not refunded. I am furious about this, I paid 32.34 for absolutely nothing.
It is now my intention to pursue this matter with my local constituent member of parliament, through the trading standards department and my local citizens advice bureau, the press and media. neither myhelphub or paypal have resolved the matter or refunded my money. This is an utter Rip Off !!
