Myiproducts phone bill ripoff Internet

This is the second time bogus charges have popped up on my company phone bills.

ESBI is the company that bills local phone companies for their clients. They are totally useless in resolving problems.

I called the myiproducts.com customer service number, and they said they would stop the charges.

For people that have multiple lines, you have to give myiproducts all of your phone numbers in order for them to find your account number. In my case, I have five lines on one bill. The account number on the bill is one of the 5 phone numbers, but myiproducts is smart enough to not charge the primary account number for the bogus charge. So when you call them up and tell them your account number, they can't find it.
