I requested a full refund in the amount of $449.00 for skin care products I paid for that I have yet to receive since June 20, 2014. The MYLIFE.NET Help Desk said that the products had already shipped and they would send a return tracking label and shipment box in the mail to me. bIf that was the case, I would have those products right now - I don't.

I have no way of getting in contact with this company to get my two refunds returned to me. I have not received the products I paid for that was said to be in their complete skin care collection. I have not received an email notice saying that they shipped either. I have not received a return tracking label nor shipment box. It's been well over three weeks. It doesn't take that long to ship items from coast to coast, just 3-5 days.

It's not difficult for a company to submit complete refunds and it doesn't take a considerable amount of time to do it either.

My report tickets were closed without a resolution and I have not received a full refund of $449.00 for the skin care products at all. I also have not received a complete refund for the convention ticket I purchased for $129.00. I contacted the hotel where the convention was said to take place and the hotel representative said there was no MYLIFE.NET convention scheduled for this year.

I have been blocked from the website: www.mylife.net  I just get a blank page and I have not been able to get in touch with the MYLIFE.NET Help Desk to retrieve my full refund of $449.00. I just get voicemail. Is this the way MYLIFE.NET responds that monies that are completely and rightfully refundable won't be given back to representatives?

How is this company - MYLIFE.NET going to charge representatives for convention fees and the contract was never put in place to do so? Major red flags going up all over the place and the question still remains; why can't I have my monies refunded? What's the reason? There is none.

Unauthorized charges for autoships are being reported also. MYLIFE.NET isn't providing a way to cancel autoships in spite of the fact that I specifically requested to have my billing account information completely removed and representative account closed so that no further charges for autoships would take place.

MYLIFE.NET has done everything in its power to prevent me from receiving my refunds and can now be reported and placed on the Ripoff Report list.
