RIP OFF DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

I utilized MyLLC.com to complete the the formation of a small LLC

Everything went fine, until I had to change my registered Rep.

It file papers months before the 99.00 Fee was due.

I CC'd them on the filings time and time again as the state rejected paperwork.

Finally I completed the paperwork and then My LLC charge me.

I had the Credit Card Company Reverse the fee after proviving the Registered rep was changed.

My LLC then send the account to a collection Agency.

I amy filing a complaint.
