We have requested for a free listing of our company on the website www.mymovingreviews.com Our customers have written some positive reviews about us in the above mentioned website.

We understand that World Media Group and above mentioned company are under the same ownership. They also seems to have a website that generate moving leads to the moving companies.

The owner of the company  as appears online is  Martin Panayatov. We have notice a review been posted on their website by an indivudual by the name Mike Capindale. The real name of the person as per our records is Micheal Capindale.

Micheal Capindale has cheated us by paying his shipping charges through Paypal. we have moved his shipment to Latvia as groupage and just before delivery noticed that Mike Capindale has filed a dispute with Paypal.

Paypal from our experience will not go much into the dispute other than firstly holding the payment and later on deducting the same from our account.

Michael David Capindale is a british citizen , date of birth 08-07-(((REDACTED))). he is basically from Northern Ireland. As a result of the dispute Paypal deducted the shipping charges from our account.

We noticed the issue prior to delivery. We tried our level best to negotiate and requested him just to provide us with an undertaking letter that the shipping charges he has taken back will be reimbursed as soon as cargo is delivered to his door.

However the actual intention of Mike Capindale was to avoid payment.Because of thsi we kept his shipment on hold. As a result of this Mike Capindale got upset and started writing false reviews about our compamy.

We have noticed one such review on the above website and filed a rebuttal with supporting documents. The above site owners removed our rebuttal and the documents uploaded.

They have also removed one positive review submitted recently, so that the negative false review will be highlighted. We tried to contact them via email. we have also requested them that if they do not publish our rebuttal then to remove our company listing from the website.

we have already filed criminal case against Micheal David Capindale for breach of trust and defamation vide case ref no 606/2017 and he is wanted.

Ajoy Lopez & Right Way Shipping

AUTHOR: Michael C - (Latvia)

POSTED: Thursday, June 29, 2017

Further to the review, I need to set the record straight. I paid by Paypal, as per Ajoy Lopez' instructions so that my goods - mainly books and clothes - would be collected from my address in Abu Dhabi and delivered to Latvia within 7 days. I remained in the UAE for 3 additional weeks after collection, and was assured repeatedly that my goods would arrive by mid February. They didn't.

Once I returned to Latvia, I found that Ajoy Lopez would not return my calls or answer emails. March arrived, as did April. I was assured that they had been delivered to Latvia and that they were with an agent in Riga. I asked for proof, but no proof was forthcoming, not even proof of transport. This situation went on, until I was within 2 weeks of the period you could raise a claim with Paypal was exceeded, by this time I had worked out that Lopez and his company were not good to their word and the goods were in all likelihood still in Sharjah. Paypal found in my favour, but as the goods were kept in cardboard boxes and consisted of clothes, books, PC etc, I could only assume that if not already damaged, the goods would have rotted. The PC itself, had actually been sold as I had a security program on it which informed me that it was indeed being used by somebody. Thankfully the security system on it also allows me to wipe it remotely.

They have not attempted to help, they are basically a one man operation who is very attentive before he gets your goods then avoids your calls and emails. I did everything I could to get my goods back, even completing an undertaking letter which I amended so that they could not increase the cost from what had originally been agreed and that if goods were damaged that they would be responsible.

I would leave it to anyone to check for themselves the reputation of Ajoy Lopez - or his company - by searching online. You will find the same scam play repeatedly. He quotes low, fails to deliver and if you have paid with paypal delays transfer until the reclaim period has passed then asks for more money. The guy is a crook and abusive when cornered, avoid at all costs. I have raised the issue with both Dubai and Sharjah authorities so something should happen. Oh, and I'm not from Ireland!!!
