Please Please Never deal with this company. They will let you create your account,mail you the prepaid card and when you load funds into your account they will deactivate your account and make your account useless you can't do anything with the account anymore. It happen to me,i had loaded $500 into my account and till date my account is inactive.I had $500 in my account and every time i call their customer service they deduct me $2 and i have lost all of a sudden more than $20 just by calling them.I had call them several times to inform them about why my account was limited no clear reason was giving to me. I was ask to send me copy ID,SSN copy and proof of address which i did. It has been a month and up till now nothing can be done. They also keep telling me they will look into my case and i found it that I'm being cheated here so i decided to let the world know because i won't want others to fall in same s**t i found myself. I have all the proof if any one wants to be sure about that i say. A word to a wise is sufficient don't fall for same thing as me.
