We ordered a dental product and waited and waited for delivey.

A person name Prashanth was contacted via e-mail to discover why the product was delay.

Prashanth advises that he will check, but doesn't e-mail back ever with the status.

Prashanth is again contacted and being infomred by us that we sense the "run-around". Once again he fails to return information.

Prashanth is contacted again and advised that a complaint with the FTC is being filed against him and his company. He finally e-mails back and informs us that the item had been returned. We advisd him that we did NOT return the item as we NEVER recieved it.

Prashanth then e-mails us and advises that our address could not be found. Our address is a business that has been open for 20+ years and is also involved in shiipping and receiving via US Mail, FedEX, UPS and various other business enterprises. Shipping and deliveries are done every day!

Therefore this is a flat out lie. There are other sources on the internet voicing complaints about this company and possible Prashanth.  I firmly bellieve that if we hadn't complained and threatened reporting him and the company to the FTC that we would have never worked toward getting our money returned which as of today May 1, 2013 is only a loose promise and has not been received as I write this.

Recommendation:  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
