On 22 Jan 2018 I placed an order for a phone case. On 29 Jan 2018 I got an email saying my case had been sent with a tracking number from USPS. When I went to USPS with the tracking number it said, and still says that "a shipping label was created on 29 Jan 2018" & "that USPS is awaiting item". This is what it still says on 14 Feb 2018.
I have sent multiple emails both through their website & directly to admin@myphonecase.com & have tried calling them at a number that might be theirs 516-916-6878, but not sure since they will not post their phone number on their website. I have simply requested that they either send me my phone case or refund my money, yet I have received no response, no phone case, nor no refund.
Unfortunately, I did not check the Ripoff Report nor BBB before ordering since it seemed like a legit site, but obiously I was wrong. If you don't want to get RIPPED-OFF I would certainly avoid this company.
