I ordered restaurant supplies from this company. They did not adhere to their processing or delivery policies outlined on their website.

After two weeks they'd still not processed my order! I contacted them over 28 times. 14 emails accompanied by 14 phone calls. The response was some auto generated email and customer service representative that had one response "I'm sorry about that I will have someone get back to you right away". Return phone calls never happen! I canceled my order & got the same type of response "Please give us a little more time". WHAT! This is crazy.

Save yourself a big headache and go with someone else. I don't care how much cheaper they claim their products are! In the long run the product(s) will never arrive and it will be one very expensive lesson.
