first off, I was told I could be mortgage ready by July 2008, that did not happen. 2nd, I paid to be mortgage ready for my wife an I. I am very dissatisfied with the way they provided services for us. Any how we met with terry greene after july 2008 and he said he would help us be mortgage ready and we faxed over everything we needed to him. I received no reply and the numbers are disconnected and the website is not working. I would like my money back because he did not do what was promised. I will not recommend him to anyone. It is a rip off/waste of almost $400.00. The only reason I signed up with him is because he was highly recommended from several people and known as the miracle worker. The only miracle we got was to give him money to not be mortgage ready.
