Myrtle Beach Management/ resort Terrible customer service after I called to complain about roaches in condo. South beach South Carolina

 My family and I arrived at the Myrtle Beach resort on Saturday June 17,2017. Upon walking into our room everything looked ok...orderly,clean,etc. After walking into the master bath I noticed that two wash cloths were left in the bathroom that appeared to have been used to clean their backsides. I understand mistakes happen so I turned a blind eye. Later that same night when we returned from the beach to our room I turned on the kitchen light and was disgusted by seven(7) roaches scattering not only on the floor but on the walls, counter tops, etc. I placed a call to the only phone number available but no one answered. I tried the next day,which was a Sunday to get ahold of someone with no luck. When i was finally able to reach someone i was questioned on why i hadn't called earlier instead of offering a solution to their problem. For the rest of the conversation the guy kept saying he had a hard time believing me about the complaint because of the time in between the occurence and when we spoke. I informed him that we were down here for a baseball tournament and I hadn't had the time to call because like I said, we were at the ballfield where by the way I was coaching. Needless to say...if you want a clean stay....please stay away from this place. I will never patronize this company again. This was by far the worst condo I have ever stayed in and Im a former marine. Piss poor service with an attitude!!! Dont waste your money.
