My daughter went to the Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi dealership, to fill out an application, for a job. While she was there, a sales person noticed her old Mitsubishi and told her, that she needed a new car. My daughter was in school after graduatin from Coastal Carolina, to expand her career opportunities. She needed a part time job, since she was n working. The sales person asked her if she would like to take a new car for a couple of days, to see how she would like it. My daughter said, of course I would, but I cannot afford to buy a car now, so NO. He told her that she would get the job and probably could start in a couple of days. So he told her, that he had this car brought up front for her to drive. She could bring it back in two days. He told her that she just had to sign this real ease form, for her to drive it off the lot. After an hour of trying to get a job and this sales person constantly, trying to convince her, that peopl do this all the time. We want our cus to like what they are driving, before they purchase a vehicle. Finally, she signed one paper that she insisted on a copy, stating all that he had promised her, the truth? Two days later, she returned with the car and expecting to be hired. Instead her car was gone and she was told that she now owned the car, that she drove off the lot. My daughter was shocked! She had no income and was living on a school loan. How would anybody approve her for a $14,000 dollar car? It was impossible and she continued to think that they had to be kidding her. The salesman brought out the loan, all approved and told her, that her car had already gone to auction. Her school books, clothing, papers for school work, needing to be turned into her professors, we're all in her car. My daughter called the police and when they arrived, she filled out a police report. That's all the police could do, for her. She then had to find a lawyer, who would help her, with no money.

My daughter found a lawyer who was very nice and seem to sincerely want to help her. He was working within a law firm as a lawyer. After two weeks he had left the law firm and my daughters case fell into the hands of a paralega. They kept telling her a new lawyer would be taking over, her case. That never happened but they also wanted a $1,000 to continue with her case. This is still going on. My daughter did get her own car back, completely stripped of her stereo system. She got to return the dealership car but not until she had paid three months car insurance and taxes on it.

The paperwork that was filled out and accepted by the bank RBS Citizens, was all fraud. Nothing was factual about my daughters financial situation. They all have my daughters signature on them. Which had to have been copied from the original release, that she signed, after being badgered by this sales person, for over an hour.

Complete fraud and then her loan payment book arrived in the mail for z payment of $495 a month. The bank would not help her. So now her credit was ruined.

This is clearly fraud and illegal practice by the dealership. The bank not doing their own background check on my daughter, is absurd. Now the law firm, that has been not handling this case, but kept taking every cent she had, wants her to settle this case as is and sign a paper stating, that she can ever file a claim against the car company or the bank again over this civil case.

Now, I have stepped in and have been going over all the wrongs that were done to my daughte. I would have gladly stepped in sooner, if my abused daughter had let me. She was ashamed and felt stupid, that this could happen to her. So she tried to handle it on her own, with no money and bad lawyers.

This is a Federal offense and I will gladly accept advice from anyone, who may know more.

i want to hire the best lawyer and sue everyone involved in this fraud. Including the law firm that has taken my daughters money and confidence from her.
