I thought it would be advantageous to buy this package on the basis that I might fnd what I was after. I was wrong and as such I have requested  refund. I emailed as reuested and asked for a refnd. to this point I have not heard back from anyone and I have filed with paypal.

This is not what it was made out to be. There are many plans that have been gathered from the public sector. The owners of these gathered plans state that they are free to all and that no remuneration should be exepected or considered. so... wtf?  anyway this strikes me as a dishonest approach.

I see that the list of victims is long and drawn out.. Wish I'd had the foresight to research before clicking the checkout button. Dammit.
