MyShoeStore - LordJohnsFootwear No merchandise delivered and a credit card billing rip-off Internet

The day I placed my order my credit card was charged (not when the merchandise is sent like most business!). Then I wait for a couple of weeks for some notice that it has been shipped, finally I sent them an e-mail inquiring when to expect it. No response for almost another week. They finally said its on back order and would be about a month more. Then I called and was told the order was still on back order after that month and a half. So after 2 months and nothing received, I called again and canceled the order. I was told over the phone that they would credit my card (I dont think she said immediately, but I should have asked her how soon). But then I got a confirmation e-mail from them saying they will refund my account within 30 days!!! So theyll have my money for maybe 90 days while I sit here fuming. They can manage to charge my account immediately, but its going to take them up to 30 days to credit my account. How do you spell R-I-P-O-F-F!!

I will never do business with them and suggest anyone planning on it to think it over several times before letting them take your order.
