I have been a survey.com member for many years. I felt they were responsible and legit - UNTIL they stole 5500 points from me. I had requested a $50 check for my 5500 points in May of 2013. They were making some changes on their website and apparently my request never registered - BUT my 5500 points were deducted from my account. When I didn't receive my check by July 2013, I started emailing them asking them why. To make a long and unproductive story short, they said they had no record of my request, that they didn't deduct my points and their records were correct and mine were not. End result: 5500 points lost and no check. Plus they informed me that if I continued to email them about it, they would not answer and just archive my emails. NOT FAIR.
