Sir, My name is Bhupinder Singh. I am the utmost disappointed customer you have ever seen in your life. Sir, your software sucks big time. I think when you and your developers were developing this piece of sh*t, you guys must be smoking crack. I am a very pissed off customer. I will do my best from now on to bash your company with my comments all over internet and social media as well as in financial tax industry.  What the hell were you thinking when you develop this dumb stupid brainless software.

oh sorry i forgot, i was describing your brain cells. Because your brain cells are so dead, and your developers are so stupid don't even have an idea about tax industry and want to build a software. tell them go back to school and learn financial side first.  I hope you are reading this letter.
