MYTeleBill- IntegraTel, voicemail/coupon Scam On BellSouth Bill MYTeleBill LLC Nationwide

I received my Bell South phone bill and notice that the charges where more that what I was used to paying monthly, so I took a closer look at my bill and discovered a 3rd party billing page for IntegreTel AKA MyTeleBill LLC. They had charged a total of $7.40 for one month of message voicemail service. I called the number on my bill and a representative answered the line.

I then asked her what were these service and these fees on my bill. She proceeded to tell me about the message voicemail service, and that someone at my residence had authorized the charges TWICE in the last 60 days. I told her that we have no message or voicemail services, don't desire to have any, and never authorized the charges. Then she stated that I had agreed to the services and they sent me $1000 in coupons. I told her we never received any coupons, or agreed to the services. She gave me the two bogus "authorization" dates.

After checking the calendar, there was not even anyone at my residence on those days to have authorized via phone or PC, and unless they are hacking my PC, no way anyone could have authorized the charges as she described. After I repeatedly disavowing any knowlegde of these services or authorization of them, she agreed to "refund" me. However, it has already been billed third party to Bell South for next month. So I'll see it again next month, and then SUPPOSEDLY see a refund in two months of $14.80 (yea right. won't hold my breathe for that one).

I called Bell South and had a 3rd party billing block added to my account (something I'm almost certain I have set up previously, but obviously was not in place.) This will supposedly prohibit any 3rd party from billing my BellSouth account in the future (Yea, right. won't hold my breathe for that either.)

Has anyone else had any success with these "refunds" or 3rd party billing blocks? Guess after reading other posts here, I should count myself lucky to only be out $14.80. Just completely fed up with this crap. Can't anything be done to shut these guys down?
