Jeff Needham is a liar & total thief! Jeff stole $399 from me & my family. I spoke with several other companies about renting a truck to take my CDL road test when I could not find a truck on my own. Jeff talked a good talk convincing me that his service was the absolute very best way to go. Jeff Needham was definitely a salesman, more like a snake in the grass. I paid Jeff $399 in cash and he did not show up on the date I was scheduled to do my road test. He said I had to reschedule that his truck broke down. I had to wait a week to get another road test. Then the second time Jeff Needham was suppose to be at the Waxahachie driver license office Jeff was late. I only got 15 minutes to familiarize myself with his piece of crap trucl. I was very disappointed when I saw the truck he uses to rent out. This truck & trailer was out dated, 23 years old, falling apart, A/C wasn't working sweated my a*s off, then on top of everything the piece of s**t failed the air brake test because it had several leaks in the system. I had to reschedule again WTF!!! I tried calling Jeff for over a week then he finally returned my call. He said in order to reschedule I would have to pay an additional $100 due to he had gone twice to the driver license office "trucks cost money to operate". I agrued his truck breaking down wasn't my fault. He said 'do you want to use my truck or not??? if so bring a $100". I asked Jeff Needham for a refund and he said no there were no refunds. I had to get my CDL quick. I had a job hinging on getting my CDL license so I contacted another company that I had contacted before and rented their truck. I passed the road test FINALLY!!! Jeff Needham will not return my calls & STOLE $399 cash from me & my family. Jef Needham is a LIAR, CONMAN CONARTIST, THIEF!
