MYTRIP.COM MyTrip.com give False Booking as Got Incorrect Name in Booking (Name Reversed) Ampelokipoi ATHENS Greece

I have booked a Ticket from MyTrip.com with Booking No. DBSOWN
I have made a correct booking, but due to Agency system error, my name got swapped :
As my Actual name is First name - SARTHAK , Last name - AGGARWAL, but i got ticket as First name - AGGARWAL, Last name - SARTHAK
I informed Agency immediately but they have a fixed Call Centre Timing so i emailed urgently and raised a online request for name correction
I Called Airline so many times, but Airline told me that it is possible by Agency Only,
I Called Yesterday to MyTrip.com and sent me a email stating my name got reverse but Airline is saying that they have not received anything and Agency must have to contact jet Airways (Airline) for my name correction & only Agency (MyTrip.com) have the right to do it,
On Call it is a Very costly Call for me to call again & again & Mytrip.com do not revert for emails, so I request MyTrip.com to take action onto this matter urgently.
My Complete Tour is in Danger now, because of this mistake in my Ticket by MyTrip.com
