I ordered two items (forgetting that I had had a bad experience with this company previously), and they sent one, with no backorder note. I posted a notice on my account and they said they would send it to me within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later I wrote them again, and they said it was "being processed" and would go out soon. Now they say that it has to be ordered. I am afraid to ask for a refund, because I know they will not process it, and both the money and the item will be lost. This company does not do honest business - avoid them!
