 There is this skinny Appalachia type who is committed here. Yvonne or something like that her name. She sits all day long at union station like a freaking zombie. But she dresses rather nice; wears suit jacket or a nice sweater. In fact she spends a lot of time grooming her long wavy white hair. She had a lice problem in the winter. She never reads or anything just sits and observes people. At N street she goes back and forth from the dining room to the bathroom like about 25 times before and after dinner. Her gambit is to try to impress us about her skinny lithe old figure. She passes by me and tries to look me in the eyes. She heaves a sigh when i pass by. She tries to sit behind me or near me if I happen to be near by at union station.

I take pains to avoid her including trying to limit when and where i go at union station. She can't seem to understand i think she is a mental case. She cant seem to read and has no goal other than being able to sit, groom herself, and eat. I gave her some cookies and extra food i had a few times and i highly regret it.
