N4Digital False advertizement on pages and misleading information Internet, Internet

My dad orderd a Nikon Coolpix P500 Digital Camera from this company.  I wanted to know the information on when the order would be shipped since I did not receive an email confirmation stating it was in process.  Therefore, I called them at the customer serivce number. They said it is still being processed and then asked if I would like to get a batery for the camera.  I said no.  The customer service rep got very insistant and therefore I said, "I do not want a battery and thank you."  I proceded to hang up on him.  Now, I get an email stating that I canceled the order.  I called back.  Got the same guy.  He then tells me that I needed to purchase a "firmware" upgrade for the camera that is $99.  No where on the screen shows "required firmware needed"  He said it was in the policey of the website.  I looked.  Did a search for Firmware... Nothing showed up.  Therefore there is something very fishy about this company... be carefull!!!

One more note...  The website shows FREE SHIPPING until Monday night.  The customer service rep said that there is a processing and handling fee that is associated with the order.  Take a look at the picture of the site as I am typing this.  The only thing different from the day I orderd untill now is the price went up.
