Nace Appliance Don't waste your time or money! Dover Pennsylvania

I was helping friends of mine who are in poor health and elderly.  Their ice maker stopped working on their Samsun refrigerator.  After calling Samsung, they set up an appointment with Nace Appliance for Friday january 6, 2017.  Nace called them on Friday only to tell them they wouldn't be showing up.  They rescheduled for Tuesday January 10, 2017.  In the meantime, my friends wife was admitted to the hospital.  He didn't want to cancel the appointment so he stayed at home, even after receiving a window between 8 and 5???  Do they really call that a window?  They NEVER showed up.  Never called.  So now my friend, who could have spent the day with his very sick wife called me to tell me he wasted an entire day waiting for a worthless company that doesn't have the courtesy to call their customers.  Do not waste your time, your money or patience on a worthless company such as Nace Appliance.
