Nacs Aka National Association Credit Services altered sales phone recordings un authorized with drawel from bank account rip-off St Petersburg Florida

I was called by a company by the name of nacs out of florida. They told me that i was approved for a visa with a credit limit of 2500.00. They told me in order to get my visa i needed to give them 200.00 out of my checking account. I listened to the first person and almost fell for it, but as soon as he informed me that he was not sure who excepted their special perferred merchant visa then i became a little leary.

i was transfered to a lady who could still not answer my simple questions about there company and their card.
I then asked if i could have more time to think about it ( which was my way of saying no thank you in a nice way) she transferred me to a lady who told me that I did not have time and i either wanted the card then or i did not want it at all. I told her no thank you and also told her that i would call to speak to someone about how she handled herself on the phone.

I called back the same day and made sure that my checking accoutn would not be messed with and i also discussed there bad customer service.

2 weeks later on the 24th of february i had 200.00 taken out of my account which over drew my account and left me 350.00 in the hole they gave me a tampered tape that does not show all of my conversation and every time that i call i sit on the phone and hold for 15-20 minutes
today i contacted my local news and the newspaper. I also filed a report with my bank but with no luck i have not got one cent back please do not let this happen to you. i feel as though i have done everything possible and i will never get my money back.

if anyone has any ideas for me to get my money back i am all ears. i am a single young adult that barely makes ends meet and now i have the chance to lose my car because of this issue, i have no money and it is all thanks to nacs. they really need to pay for how they take advantage of people anyone who wants to file suit against them let me know. i will do everything possible to be apart of making their company non existant.
