namco customer service Accounts services department namco customer service has been a headache since day one. they take the payments and dont cah the check until after the due date to tack on the late fees. customer service reps are rude. they dont hav mahwah, New Jersey

The credit services company that Namco uses is far from good.  I purchased a pool from them on June 26th it was 18 months interest free with a minimum payment long story short I received my first bill in the first week  of August The statement period listed on the statement is for june 26 until july 25 with a due date of August 20  well first of all this is the first payment I received from them and they said since I did not pay my bill in July which never received a payment they tacked on a late charge of 39.00 and doubled up on my payments I was able to talk to them about the late charge and they reversed it but I do not understand how they can double up on the payment when they in turn did not send out the first payment (bill tome until august)  I tried nicely explaining to, them that I purchased the pool knowing my monthly payments were $141 and I could not afford the double payment and that is not what the contract said when I signed The first time I called said he would make it right then called back yesterday and they basically said it is your credit not mine and HUNG UP ON ME !!!!  THAT ALONE IS A DISGRACE  The only reason why I called them back yesterday was I thought it was all set but They sent me another late fee bill and it is not even the 20th of August when the payment is due Can they at least wait see if I miss my payment before sending out another bill this is bogus and would  not recommend this finacing service to anyone
