Name Brand Vapes Aromatherapy Scammer, selling counterfeit items on the Internet

My wife purchased what was advertised as a Pax by Ploom vaporizer from this online retailer last week, from the looks of the product on initial inspection, it did appear to be a genuine product.

However, once I went to do the first cleaning of this product about a week later, I noticed that a small packet of cleaning solution that is normaly included in the sealed packaging which I assumed was just a packaging error on the part of the manufacturer and I so I contacted the company to see about getting another replacement packet from them. only to find out that according to the serial number on the packaging that the item in question was in fact a counterfeit.

I have attempted to contact namebrandvapes.com prior to contacting the manufacturer and now my customer account thru them has been deleted. I have filed a charge dispute with my bannk, but don't be taken in by this "business" they are counterfeit sellers and scammers!
