Be very carefull with Namejet,  apparently the word "Auction" has a very different meaning to them. Most of us would expect that when an auction says it will end in 3 minutes, that it really will end in 3 minutes.  For starters, if the business is saying it will end in 3 minutes they've most definitely set the expectation that it will.

Not so with NameJet.

In NameJet's world they get to deceptively give you the impression the auction will end in 3 minutes, because they put a gotcha in their fineprint.

At NameJet, even if they have told you the auction is ending in 3 minutes the time will be extended if someone else bids.  So where's the ripoff? In case you need more evidence, consider this.  Their ticker specifically says that the auction is "ending" in a specific period of time, when in fact there are secret circumstances that can extend it.

Yes they inform you of the 'secret' circumstances in their faq, which they think gets them off the hook.  However, regardless of stating that there are 'gotcha' circumstances that allow them to extend the auction, so they can make more money off the sale of course, the front end of the process clearly states that the auction will end in a specific period of time.

Grounds for class action suit?  I say yes.
