It’s amazing to me that you and others are so upset about what this family is rightfully doing with their property.  There is nothing that prohibits homeowners from landscaping their property as they please.  Because you don’t like what they have done so now you’ve decided to attack them for it?  So you have claimed to have done research on this couple which you feel then gives you the right to make defamatory statements about them without any real facts. I submit to you and all readers that you have not done any real research and what you are doing is simply trying to cause this family harm by making up slanderous statements.    

Let’s just talk about the real facts, this is what they have done;

1. NOTHING ILLIGAL
2. Brought in Tree experts, spending 1000’s of dollars to make sure they were doing the right thing
3. Cut out trees that were old, dying, diseased or in the last stages of their life
4. Cut out some trees that were healthy (based on experts recommendations) to replace with stronger longer living, disease resistant trees. 
5. They are spending 400K IN LANDSCAPING, THAT’S A LOT OF TREES!

Those are the facts of this matter however instead of getting the facts you criticize and slander them for no other reason than you don’t agree with what they are doing with Trees?  What you said shocked me because I know this family.  Let me share with you some facts about (((REDACTED))).

1. (((REDACTED))) is self-made
2. (((REDACTED))) family was caught in a brutal religious war in which he saw friends and family killed because they were not part of the ruling religion group.
3. (((REDACTED))) family escaped being killed by fleeing to Germany
4. (((REDACTED))) wanted to go to America California or NY
5. (((REDACTED))) father sent him to Utah specifically because he told him there were good people there who would take care of him
6. (((REDACTED))) didn’t speak English when he got here   
7. (((REDACTED))) went to a Mercedes dealership seeking work because he spoke German and figured the workers at the dealership would also
8. (((REDACTED))) worked on a car lot as a lot boy
9. (((REDACTED))) then got into transportation working for C.R. England/England Logistics, learned the system and left to start his own company
10. (((REDACTED))) and his brother both maxed out credit cards to buy a couple of trucks and started driving
11. (((REDACTED))) built his company from the ground up, he is not a trust fund baby

My name is (((REDACTED))).  “Ashley” is correct.  I am “new” to money.  I came to the (((REDACTED))).  My parents sent me hear with what little money they had in hopes we could improve our lives after suffering through the wars and political turmoil in(((REDACTED))).  We arrived with literally nothing.

I got low level jobs to work my way through college.  I then maxed out my credit card to purchase two trucks.  While growing (((REDACTED))), I was able to obtain a business degree from (((REDACTED))).  With hard work and some lucky breaks, (((REDACTED))) slowly became one of (((REDACTED))) companies.  We are able to employ hundreds of hard working individuals across the country.  We are proud of our success that could have only happened in this great country.  We are living the American dream. 

I am sorry that my family purchasing a home in (((REDACTED))) and landscaping it as we pleased has caused such apparent hate and turmoil from this “Ashley” person.  I think this article, which mentions me and my wife, explains a little bit of why she is so upset. (((REDACTED)))

It would also appear she has a problem with “new” money and believes that only those who have had the privilege to live in a nice neighborhood and had money in their family for generations deserve to live in (((REDACTED))).  Thankfully she seems to be the exception as most of those we have known for years or have learned to know in (((REDACTED))) have been very welcoming and wonderful people. 

I can only assume these statements are a result of her discomfort with people who are different from her and her inability to force people like my family out of her neighborhood.  Her comments are reckless, unfounded, and wreak of racism and elitism. I would certainly prefer her approaching me for a meeting in person rather than posting these ridiculous comments on an obscure website. But to be honest, from the content of her statements, I am not hopeful that there is anything we could do to help resolve her issues.
