I was reading over the reports on this site and sat back and read all of them! This man ih1066 that went to meet this lady Eugenia is like unbelievable. So he was chatting and writing letters to her for six months, then fly half way around the world to meet her? He is business man and a free mason in the united states? She in my opinion is attractive, but not like supermodel status. She must have been very creative in her writings and was able to make him believe that she was the one. Very sad and for her to do everything that was posted here, this is not good at all. I read here of the ending of this post! I can understand. I also understand the compassion. It is good to come to terms and have sympathy. To answer questions to who and or what I am, I am a American that is living in the Ukraine! I am going to be here for a while! I go back to the US frequently, I live and work in Kiev. I am married and it is not Ukraine lady either!

I read this question in regards to filing in the courts here! The lawyer, whom every it is or is to be must file with the court in Kharkov, where the respondent(s) reside! It must be file a written application or complaint to the court and sometimes with demands. The court is in native language of Ukraine. This is open court and if the plaintiff of the filing is not duly satisfied they must file to their court of appeals, I believe they are in Kiev and  in the Crimea if I remember do not quote me on this! It is rather simple compared to USA, remember the Ukrainian courts have just be overhauled back I believe in 2002. I would not think this will go this far, it would be rather senseless in going this far, I think the US offices of this agency are going to step up and really take notice of this! I believe they will make well of this matter at hand.

Had this information not been posted, I think that this Dan would have just went on his way of happiness! I am sorry for making him and all here fired up but I was just stating facts and pointing out the good and bad and yes, she is a lot of bad!

I read that if this Irina is to come forward and say she did know, and is sorry he would forgive and forget! This to me is a little crazy. I would and could not!
